“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”  This quote by Maria Robinson reflects the purpose of starting today to transform our lives.  In this session, women participants will take an objective and honest look at the 6 Wellness dimensions of their lives and build a Transformation Road Map© to create balance and desired change.   In this dynamic and highly interactive session, participants will be energized to transform their lives however they choose through a visual map and structured process for change.
