Prior to working in alumni relations, Ralph worked for The Limited Corporation in their men's Structure Division. Prior to his career with The Limited, he was an international and domestic sales representative for Burlington Air Express, an international freight forwarder and airline. Ralph received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from The Ohio State University and holds a Masters of Public Administration from Ohio University. He is fluent in French.

Ralph is a past chair of the Columbus AIDS Task Force. He has been a member CASE Committee on Opportunity and Equity, and the CASE Commission on Alumni Relations. Ralph currently serves on the CASE International Board of Trustees.

Ralph’s areas of expertise are on a wide range of topics and include: building a diverse and inclusive organization; effective management and leadership development for governing and advisory boards; targeted, constituency-based marketing and communication.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Ralph currently lives in Athens, Ohio.
